A couple of years ago, @cultivatingwonder reached out to me about the upcoming book she was writing. The book's goal was to help students understand the challenges and the faces of oceanography. I received this in the mail and was overwhelmed by how inviting, accessible, and thorough the book was to tell the story. I'm honored to have been a part of this and excited to see the impact that it'll have. Your book is really cool, Christy; I'm inspired after having read this!
